We want you to be confident in your learning. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window, contact our support team from the email address you paid with, quoting your order or subscription reference. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your Learning Passport subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the paid period. Refunds outside the 14-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Tutoring & live classes
Booked one-to-one tutoring sessions and paid live-class seats can be cancelled and refunded up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed sessions, are not refundable.
