4. The Service

We provide online educational content, assessments, tutoring, live classes, AI-assisted study tools and related features. Content is for educational purposes; it is not professional advice.

5. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not: (a) use it unlawfully; (b) commit fraud, spam or harassment; (c) infringe intellectual property; (d) interfere with security or attempt to probe, scan, scrape, or introduce malware; (e) share account access or resell the Service; or (f) attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits.

7. AI Study Assistant

Our AI Study Assistant is a study aid. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied on as professional, medical, legal, financial or regulated advice. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit. Do not submit personal data of others, exam scripts you did not author, or attempt to jailbreak the assistant. We may filter, refuse, or moderate prompts and outputs, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly misuse the assistant. Use of the assistant to complete assessed work in breach of your school or institution's rules is your responsibility.

8. Intellectual property

All content, software, branding, course materials, videos, transcripts, quizzes and the Learning Passport design remain the property of Prof G Learning Hub Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service and its content for your personal, non-commercial study within your active plan. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or use content to train machine learning models.

9. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (notes, forum posts, assignments). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, display and back up that content solely to provide the Service.

10. Payments, subscriptions and taxes

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider on our behalf. Prof G Learning Hub Ltd. is the seller of record for subscriptions and one-off purchases and is responsible for order fulfilment, customer service, billing, refunds and applicable UK VAT. 12. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may update, change, or discontinue features.

13. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination we will provide a reasonable window to export your data where feasible before deletion.
